56. Excel-only shortcuts
Press [F11] to create a chart from the currently selected data. To total up the currently selected cells, press [Alt] + [=]. Insert the current date by pressing [Ctrl] + [;].


57. Slide creation
To quickly create a slide in PowerPoint, press [Ctrl] + [M] to select one from the Slide Menu, or [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [M] to create one based on the last slide.



58. Grouping
To quickly group together any objects you've selected, press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [G] in both PowerPoint and Impress.


59. Ungrouping
Press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [H] to ungroup in PowerPoint; [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Shift] + [H] in Impress.

60. Navigation shortcuts
Use [Ctrl] + [Enter] to move from the slide title to its text and on to the next slide in PowerPoint and Impress. Move between cells in PowerPoint using the [Tab] or [Shift] + [Tab] combos; press [Ctrl] + [Tab] if you want to insert a tab inside the cell itself.
