What's new in Word 2007

1. Format painter
This enables you to copy the formatting from one section to another, enabling you to ensure your document looks consistent throughout.


2. Insert tab
Select this from the Word ribbon to quickly add tables, illustrations (including charts and pictures), links, special text (including text boxes) and symbols.


3. Quick-style text
Select a portion of text to reveal the ghostly Hover menu. Roll the mouse over this to make quick stylistic changes to the selected text such as font, size, style and colour.

4. Instant preview
Select all your text and move the mouse over one of the preset styles Ė wait a few seconds to see how it changes your documentís look.


5. Language tools
Quickly change the language youíre using, click the button to run through all the proofing errors or keep an eye on your documentís word count.
